Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or engaging CONPAZ (“CONPAZ,” “we,” “us”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

CONPAZ designs, installs, and operates AI operations systems — including voice assistants, iMessage and SMS, web chat, a unified CRM, review generation, and ringless voicemail — trained on your business and tuned against your numbers. The specific scope, price, and timeline for your engagement live in a separate written proposal or order. Where that document and these terms conflict, the signed proposal controls.

Your responsibilities

To let us do good work, you agree to:

• Give us accurate information and timely access and approvals.
• Hold the necessary rights and consents for any contacts, content, or data you ask us to work with.
• Use the systems we build in line with these terms, applicable law, and the rules of the carriers and platforms they run on.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services or this site to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited messages; to violate anyone’s rights or privacy; to breach messaging or telemarketing law; or to interfere with, probe, or overload our systems. You are responsible for the messages sent through systems we operate on your behalf and for the consent behind them.

Ownership of numbers, accounts & data

It stays in your name. Your phone numbers, messaging senders, connected accounts, call and message records, and customer data belong to you. We build and run these systems on your behalf, and if we ever part ways, you keep the numbers, the accounts, and the data. We hand them over — we do not hold your operation hostage.

The reusable tools, templates, scripts, and know-how we bring to the work remain ours; you get a license to use what we deliver for as long as your engagement continues.

Fees & billing

Fees, billing cadence, and any third-party pass-through costs are set out in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt, recurring fees renew automatically until cancelled per your agreement, and fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late or failed payments may pause active services after reasonable notice.

Third-party services

Our systems connect to third-party platforms and carriers to function. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or acts. We choose partners carefully, but we do not control them.

Disclaimers

We stand behind our work, but the services and this site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any specific business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CONPAZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

Either of us may end an engagement as described in your proposal, or immediately for a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period after notice. On termination, unpaid fees for work performed become due, your license to CONPAZ-owned tools ends, and we return or release the numbers, accounts, and data that are yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
